MEET CHERI BRUCE-PHIPPS

Portrait of Cheri Bruce-Phipps

It is important to Cheri that she do whatever she can to ensure that her clients and friends are comfortable, and without stress. And her family is paramount. Cheri’s ongoing motto is “How can I help?”

"I love helping sellers move on the next part of their journey, and am just as excited as my buyers when I find them the perfect home."

Cheri Bruce-Phipps chose to be a part of TTR Sotheby’s because of their reputation for elevated service. Having purchased, resided in and sold multi-million dollar properties, she understands her clients’ expectations for incomparable attention to detail, and she goes the extra mile every time to ensure that both her sellers and buyers experience stress-free results and smooth transitions.

“I grew up on the water in Annapolis, and continue to serve clients there. I've loved living in St. Michaels for these many years because of the incredibly welcoming community, and the waterfront location. It’s been documented that the sights, sounds and smell of water provide a calming experience that promotes a positive state of mind. And who wouldn’t want that? Living on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, you can access that every day.”

While buying or selling a home can be an emotionally charged experience, the bottom line is that whether you are buying or selling, you are making an investment decision.

Cheri’s background as a Financial Advisor at Alex. Brown & Sons, and her personal investments in Real Estate (both residential and commercial), have given Cheri a uniquely diverse expertise that will help her find you the right real estate investment. This is an added bonus when it comes to evaluating a home’s worth – a critical insight when it comes to buying or selling.

Cheri has 4 children, 2 grandchildren, a dachshund, and a cat. She lives in the Waterfront Downtown Historic district of St. Michaels, and loves the beach and boating of any kind – hence her need to live and work by the water. She also enjoys great local music, art, bonfires, movies, reading and of course spending time with family and friends.
